Cable Beach Foreshore Redevelopment

Rare Earth Processing Plant – Tank Package

IKAD Engineering delivered a comprehensive tank fabrication package for a major Australian rare earths processing plant development. The project involved the supply, manufacture, trial assembly, and delivery of 27 large-scale process tanks constructed from both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

The tanks, measuring up to 8 metres in diameter and 11 metres in height, were fabricated and finished to meet stringent quality and durability requirements, highlighting IKAD’s capability to execute complex, large-format manufacturing projects to exact specifications.

Scope of Works

Processing and fabrication of steel platework.
Application of protective coatings and rubber lining.

Trial assembly and verification of all components prior to delivery.
Transport and delivery of completed tanks to site.
