Structural and Piping
At IKAD Engineering, our Structural and Piping division delivers precision fabrication, installation, and maintenance solutions across a wide range of materials and applications. Our expertise covers welding and weld repair of both ferrous and non-ferrous materials to the highest international standards, including ISO and Mil-Spec codes.
From detailed piping system design to the replacement and repair of lines ranging from gauge to large bore, we provide end-to-end service for projects of any scale. With proven capability in carbon steel and exotic materials such as copper nickel, titanium, and various stainless steel grades, our team also includes accredited GRE piping system installers, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance in every commercial vessels-based project
- Welding and weld repair of all ferrous and non-ferrous materials fitted to offshore facilities to stringent various welding codes including iso, mil-spec and many various applicable codes.
- Piping system design, maintenance, replacement & repair of varying diameters/sizes from gauge line to large bore, using materials such as copper nickel, multiple grades of S/S, and carbon steel.

Every project is supervised by NACE Level 1 and 2 certified inspectors to ensure strict compliance and exceptional results. Whether applying advanced tank coatings or complex multi-layer systems, our specialists use airless, conventional, and manual application methods to achieve optimal protection and finish in accordance with client and manufacturer specifications.
